SuperStockRacer. I feel your pain. Imperial Services has had $400 and a cherry
shift mechanism of mine for 17 months now. I haven't had any messages or emails
returned either. I guess when you can get something from him it's normally good
stuff or he stands behind it. But jeez, he can't be working these jobs in order of receipt.
I'd like to support small businesses like this, but this is kind of an example why some
of them fold after awhile. Still hopeful I'll see something sometime though.

My experience with Imperial services was a good one. Rear tranny mount and a conversion set up to work my late model tranny with my 63 Dodge push buttons. Delivered on time and great workmanship.

I never got a reply or a custom cable fro Imperial Services so I changed directions.

Looks like Imperial Services replied to you on August 25, 2014 right here on this thread and he couldn't find any record of any order from you. Did you pay for the part to be made? If so, you should have a cancelled check, a paypal record or some kind of record of the money transaction. If you never sent $$$$$$$$$$ there is no order. If you did send $$$$$$$$$ then either contact Imperial Services or go to your paypal or your bank, etc. and make a complaint. Simple as that. Lets see some pictures of that Avenger too. Is it an old Pro Stock car?

The problem with PayPal is that if your order was placed more than 45 days prior to your complaint they will not back you with a dispute or refund your money. I quit using PayPal for this reason and it was related to a transaction with this vendor. Not quite so simple.

On second thought, I'm glad I brought this thread back to life. W8's unsubstantiated claims at the onset of the thread were wreckless, especially once he turned tail when confronted by the vendor right here on this thread.

At least now the thread has some substantiated feedback (both good and bad). Job done!
