It is my understanding that Imperial Services no longer does retail sales to the general public. Their products are only available thru parts suppliers and retailers.

I ordered and paid for a speedometer ratio reducer in January, I have not received anything from them. They will not respond to emails or calls, They have not refunded my money when requested. After 8 months I filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
