This sounds almost stupid...I recently purchased a 69 road runner that is substantially restored. It has a new head liner but no sun visors. I found some sun visors with brackets, but as I feel around under head liner material I do not seem to find where they screw into. do I just need to keep carefully feeling or is it possible the inner bracket where the holes are was removed? I hate to remove part of the head liner to look? Any help please.

You'll need to keep feeling around. First find the center hole where the hinge goes in. If you are daring enough, you can poke that hole first then stick your finger in the whole.... Sounds sexy, I know.... LOL!!! You should feel the screw holes from the inside if you or someone with a small pinky finger can feel around in there..... The brackets will screw in one way only from what I remember... We just did this about a month ago. I'll see if I took any pix and try to post.

would be great if you found pic

It would be great if you found picture. could you give me a measurement from center or some place to look. thanks

Well, we didn't take any pix when we did the install but here are a couple of images with a measurement. Hope this helps.
