Installed the hemi today!!!

Wow, Just WOW!!!!!

Talk about an awesome 'street' car! Who amongst us hasn't envisioned cruising their streets in the baddest, fastest car our imagination could come up with. Well, Al, you've done it for us.........and it's a Mopar............and it's a Hemi.....WOW! Love the license plate frame. Says it all.
BTW, as one who is just starting to experience dizziness and getting some testing done, what meds are you using? A good friend who died from a brain tumor once told me, "Gettin' old's not for sissies". RIP, Bill.

Bill,I leave them in the tow truck so my spelling might be off but it's Meclizine or sumptin like that:toothy5:
And thank you all for your kind words,it will be done within a few weeks even though it needs about 4 or 5 hours of time to finish. All I can do is keep chippin away.Sometimes I get down to my shop and only get to "work" for 15 minutes and I get a tow call and I just drop what I'm doing and zip off:eusa_think:
I did finish resealing the rear mini-tubs to the 1/4 panel. That will elimate the smoke inside the car when the tires are smoking in the water box,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,or leaving the local cruz-in:sideways tongue:

Thanks guys!! It's the duplicolor black with grey speckles.$10 per can!!!

Thats gone up some, since Last i used it.. It was the gray specked with white, Had to put in a Chevy, yea, i know, but gots to do whats got-to-be done! Duplicolor is hard to beat, really rugged to..

Yea,that stuff is a little pricey but it came out nice.My trunk hasn't lokked that good for many years.
I finished resealing the wheel tubs to 1/4 panels.Took the rest of the day off.Now I can repaint the wheelwells and the leaf springs:toothy5:

I use to have a 49 Ford Businessman's Coupe, slammed, tubbed, tinned, narrowed Dana 60, 17x33's, with a blown Injected BBC, then later a Blown Inj. 526ci Milidon Mastodon Hemi at one time, that photo brought back some great memories, very cool rides, you must see a ton of very cool cars, your working tow rig is very nice too, I'll bet she's a real money maker too....

This is gonna be a studied question but I noticed you have twin relays wired to your electrical shut off why is that? My car is my first real race car always learning
