Ok , My window felt/ weather strip / fuzzies was falling apart so I ordered the new kit can anyone comment on installing these? did you have to take the window out or could you install with windows in? How did you install yours these have clips and need to be drilled out as the originals had clips and staples on my 1969 plymouth, Thanks for any suggestions. regards CD:icon_kidra:

i have a 68 gtx and put my fuzzies in myself. They snap in and could bend very easily when snapping in. I just got done a half hour ago snapping in the back one. the inside door panel will have to be removed and the down stop will have to be taken out or adjusted so the window goes down all the way out of the way so you can snap in the fuzzies. I had my back window out so the stop did not need to come out. if the glass does not go all the way down when removing the stop then the glass will have to be dropped down out of the way. make sure all your slots line up. my car has rubber out and fuzzies inside. on the back glass start by snapping the back in and working your way towards the front make sure when you snap the first one in the next one is lined up to snap in. also make sure they are not too long. i had to cut one and even elong ate the slots out a little but you should not have too. i have two new quarter panels. do the same for the front wipes but once again make sure the slots line up. work your way from the vent wing out. dont panic if you miss a clip. you can get a screwdriver behind it to work it back out. as far as the staples. iused some stainless wire. rolled it up bent it and pushed it through the fuzzy and bent it on the backside. hope this helps.

Thanks Dave, I apprecaite it

I got a couple in and saw they bend very easily and didnt want to screw things up, I found that if you bend the clip tangs out a bit more they go in a lot easier as well. Thank again for your help! best wishes, CD :headbang::hello2:
