Is $700 a fair price in the restoration world for a reconditioned instrument panel? Found one complete with dash trim, just waiting on some pics of it. It's for a 65 Belvedere. If it looks good thought his would be easier then sending mine in. Thoughts?

Sounds fair if all the gauges have been refurbished and the bezels look in decent shape.

Got the pics. It's instrument cluster, radio bezel and glove box door. All re-chromed and instruments redone. This is not on the top of my priority list right now but hard to pass up an opportunity. Just spent a bunch on wheels and tires too.....

Grill is separate.

You did very well. I paid $1000 to have just the cluster done on my 65. I did have a tach put in the clock area. You really have to look to notice that it is not a clock.

Haven't picked it up yet. It's an 1hr and 30min from here. Thanks for the info.

Yeah I paid around 1100.00 for the cluster for my 64. Everything refurbished, rechromed, and new lcd lights installed. Plus they were gone about 5 months.

Looks like a good deal. Everything is expensive when it comes to restoring a car.

Well bad timing for me as this is the last priority for me. Got disc brakes, electrical, and interior to go first. Shoot me your info if your interested and I'll pass it on to him.
