On the rear of the instrument cluster on a 1969 Coronet standard dash on the upper left side is a Capacitor/Condenser with a spade end. I was wondering where that plugs into.
Thanks, Kurt

Presume it's on the 5 volt gauge voltage regulator. Fairly standard when car came with radio.

Charger cluster but same idea

Limiter should tipically get a paper/cardboard piece to isolate from an accidental chassis contact and get a short. But if the condenser terminal and wire is good and correctly installed, could be no necessary

The condenser was originally designed to minimize any static the voltage limiter may generate into the AM radio..
IMHO... Really not needed, so OK to delete....

Just my $0.02...
