Decided to give my car an interior update, going from the original overstuffed seats to A100 van seats and a rear delete. Drove five hours yesterday to get these and now the fun begins. Included a picture of the last one I did also. Who is selling the A990 brackets?

Gary Ball sells the seat brackets

Email Kenny at: [email protected]

A couple years ago he was making nice copies of the brackets, I bought a set. Well under half the cost of some other vendors.

Gary Ball sells the seat brackets

I read comments online that these were 'backwards'. But I have never personally compared to any others.

Out with the old. Looks like I will be using the stock 63 risers with some mods.

I am considering the same thing but with a set of (new) Jeep CJ replacement seats. Has anyone used these?
Do the van seats fold forward or are they solid back?

The van seats are fixed back, I have seen those Smitty jeep seats look like a possibility. For a 129 bucks may be wort a try, they also sell new A100 repops for 350 ea.

Decided not to go rear delete since my rear tubs are uncut. Going to upholster the rear with the same center pleat inserts as the front. Just lasering up some brackets to use the stock risers with the A100 seats. Should have them back in the car three weeks, will post some pictures when in. I have the stock 63 buckets available if anyone needs a pair.

Just did this to my car as well. my 64 is back halved and the floor is flat so I used the stock brackets that came on the van style seats. I like them a hole lot better than the mopar high back bucket seats that I had in the car.
Sorry about the sideways pics I don't know how to fix that.

Partmopar, I like your car, those seats look great in there! I Really dislike current seats in vintage cars.

Thanks, It is one of my favorite cars, How long have you owned your car? I think I talked to someone about this car a long time ago. I believe it was pretty darn fast also.

I went with Procar seats for the fronts. For the rear I used the same material and recovered the rear seat. With the mini tubs I had to modify the seat frame a little on the ends.

Partmopar I have had the 63 a little over a year I traded Leo my Bee for it, she is a a beast.

Malex Those procar seats are nice, I have seen a lot of them used in various styles.

Not sure where these came from, I got my car this way but these are adjustable for leg and seat back.

Wish I knew?
