I need advise. Im in the process of doing several suspension upgrades at the moment. I way just wondering if anyone knows is there any real advantages in increasing my front sway bar from 1" to 1&1/4"? Some I have asked said no real advantages while others Ive asked have said yes. But I dont really trust their opinions because most people that live in my area are GM owners. Some of the upgrades so far are frame connectors,.096 torsion bars, poly bushings,LCA stiffening plates, torque boxes, new leafs,7/8 rear sway bar, fully welded & gusseted k member.

1" is pretty stiffy, but 1 1/4" is even more stiffy...at this point, i would opt for the biggest one I could get.

nothing exceeds like excess, I always say. :headbang:

*this is just my unqualified opinion, take it for what it's worth lol*

if you are setting it up to road race then go with the bigger bar.if it is just a street car then the 1 inch bar is plenty.all depends on how hard you are gonna push it.once you get above the 1 inch mark then the only time you are really gonna feel it is if you are on a track.all urithane bushings will stiffen up the suspension a ton as well.

1" should be fine with those torsion bars, if your went out and bought bigger bars I'd go with the 1.25"
