Is my Shaft too long? :)

Okay, so I trimmed down the input shaft. Inserted everything and bellhousing bolts and now the flywheel won’t turn once everything is installed. Am I still a bit long and it’s bottoming out?

Wait, I think my flywheel bolts might be too long and rubbing once everything is torqued down. I used after market grade 8's for the flywheel and they are a hair too long maybe?
Why is everything I have too long!
