How can I know is this is a 67 mopar tach

No it is not a factory tach, it says VDO right on the face, and the back. It looks like it’s from a boat.

and this one on your older post looks very similar.

Worst place to have your eyes ( console) when driving or rowing through the gears.
Best idea's were the hood tachs ( GTO) but then they would fog up....
