Looks like it.

It's got Mopar style mounts to the dash and Looks like a Mopar wheel.

Can't speak to the exact year, though.

Need another picture... picture showing 4-way flasher, light, and ignition lock. Is there a small lever (key release) on that side too?

The two-spoke steering wheel was used by Mopar in the mid/late 1970s on tilt wheel columns manufactured by GM Saginaw. Your tilt column is for a floor shift car and you have the plain turn signal stalk (no cruise control). The wiring is different for cruise control columns of course.

The emblem/medallion on the steering wheel looks like one I saw on a '78 or '79 Dodge Magnum, but I don't know what the mid/late '70s Charger medallion look like. The Chrysler Cordoba uses a gold colored emblem/medallion, but the '79 Chrysler 300 with the tilt column has a "300" medallion.

The bottom plate does not look the same as the 78 Magnum column I pulled for floorshift parts. That column may be out of a C body or F/M/J body.

That's a Monaco emblem. 77/78 for sure, maybe 75/76 also.

I'm kind of agreeing with it being a c body column. Here are some pictures of a '75-6 Cordoba column that I had. There are some differences at the steering wheel end and at the floor mounting end.

No. In 77/78 a Monaco was a B body (unless it's a ROYAL Monaco, that is ... )
