This is my exact carport I had put up 2 years ago. Material gauge and construction is
the key here. 3,600. I have a hard time believing that carport would hold up.

Looks to have 3 bad reviews ........price to good to be true.

I can stick this on a 4 foot knee wall and call it a day....... it would be behind my shop where no one can see it....... close it in, and it's 2 bays with a lift :bananadance:

I think it’s best to avoid web sites that begin “ali”.
Same with “global” “world” etc

Sounds like a good plan. I ordered a too good to be true small generator from AliExpress for $11. I had to see what they would send. This is what I got:

It didn’t even come close to looking like the photo on their website. I complained to them and after providing this photo, got a full hassle feee refund.

Now that the USPS a is not accepting packages from China, shipments from there may not make it here any more.

That style was a huge seller at the lake I had one of my houses. 12x20 was 699.00 twenty years ago without the sides. You could close the sides, add on to the length or make them tall enough for a motorhome. I liked them, simple and clean. Like everything, I'm sure the material has gotten thinner and cheaper made.
20x20 Regular Roof Carport

I can highly recommend "Carolina Carport".

Mine's been up for almost 20 years.

Ali Express? Good luck. Haven't heard much good about them. All from China via Washington DC. It would be lucky if you would get it. (or get paid back if you didn't)
Like the dealer told Griswald in Vegas vacation:

Give me half the money you were going to spend on that, I’ll kick you in the nuts, and we’ll call it a day.

For something like that, I wouldn't trust anybody getting something via the way of the keyboard. Your idea of doing business local is the best.

See if someone around you does this.....

Just an example. Previous owner put one up where I am for their RV. You can make it as long as you want, and build the ends however you want too. Mine has big double doors on a track instead of a garage door. This is beneficial because then the doors open without going inside the building(no tracks to block area inside)
Concrete floor, 100% open inside. My end walls are 4x4's with some roof sheeting on them, and covered in galvanized color roof steel. The big doors are made of simple 1-by pine boards and painted white.

I will put a lift in mine, but not until I am out of debt. Right now it is "the barn"(everyone that visited called it that so I just went with it) and my old Moline snow machine is in there. Only downside to these vs a pole shed or something is there is not really a good way to insulate, so winter time my future lift will be pretty harsh to work on. Oh well, have to pick projects by season right now anyway lol.

I am sure it would cost more then a carport but you get what you pay for and this would be a lot more permanent and more value to your property then a china roof on legs.

this was like $8,800 back in like 2010-ish MoreRooms
26' x 42' installed, 12' on one side down to 8 ft where the boat is,
it's shorter at the back on the boat side too, like 26'
anchored to concrete 12" tubes x 4' deep pilers
like 10 of them & anchored on the retaining wall other side/right side, redheads
enameled/baked 18 ga. corrugated steel covering
& 8 ga. 2'x5" posts on 5' centers galv. all welded &
all engineered & rated for snow loads we have here
I was gonna put a lift & close it in, just not worth the cost, even for concrete

the stuff in them OPs add is cheap stuff, thinner materials
better be braced well or more supports/rafters studs or it won't do well in snow,
even just 1 foot or so of snow, wind is a big deal with them too
