Is this the overflow tank?

I circled a yellow tank that is destroyed from age. Is that the overflow tank? I couldn't find a match online. I assume there is a plenty of aftermarket tanks...

That's a washer bottle, no overflow container on the older cars.

Looks like some sort of funnel. Overflow/recovery systems on Mopars started about 1974.
