Mine is:
These have less than 25,000 miles.
13" rotors with what were once ceramic pads.
Sometimes I think she should be nationally ranked.
But at least she doesn't drive with two feet.
Here you can also see the effects of Rochester winters

Had to make a 9mm hex key because Volvo makes everything difficult, and EXPENSIVE!

My wife is for sure. Whenever she drives my car the gas mileage goes down too. I think it's because they don't understand the mechanics/physics of what's going on.
She slows.for junctions etc instead of just reading the traffic and flowing along. She also takes 10 minutes to find a park instead of my 30 seconds but that's another story.

Absolutely, I change my wife's brakes twice as much on her vehicle as I do mine. 440'

Not mine.

Wifes car . A 2016 Chrysler 200s just turned 70k miles and its still on its original brakes.
Actually only thing done has been 4 tires.and oil changes

Friend said I pull the drums on my wifes 70 Challenger every 15k and the brakes are nearly shot. He said its preventive maintenance.

We don’t have many stop signs up here, and my town has one light. Got more then 200,000 Km’s on my Jeep brakes before changed, wife’s Subaru had more then 165,000 on it when we sold it with original brakes.

Not my wife's car....but a customer's car from my buddy's workshop....talk about getting the most out of the rotor....

Holeeeee crap. That is some rusty looking suspension. Is that 25,000 miles since new or just that many miles on the brakes?
I have 371,000 miles on my Ram 1500 and it looks dusty but not a speck of rust anywhere. I have driven it in sun, rain and snow but since nobody salts the roads, there is no corrosion.

Regarding the original topic....
No, my Wife is an excellent driver. Not too fast, not one to panic. Great instincts for merging, good patience for the most part too.

In Pittsburgh, 25k miles on brake pads is unbelievable. The hills and turns are very hard on brakes, especially FWD cars in seems. You guys in your flat lands...

My ex wife was so fat, I had to call the restaurant early just to get an estimate.
