Was the blue Charger a real V-code VIN car?

I'm surprisingly impressed by that Charger and just want to know what the difference is (if any) between what I thought it was vs what it really was, and how much you actually bought it for (PM me if you don't mind and I promise to keep that between us) and I assume you sold it for $______??
