Is that a real Hemi R/T convertible? I have read there were only 4 made. I have a 67 R/T hardtop with 440, automatic.

I wish it was one of the 4. It’s a clone that was originally a 500. But upgrade all drivetrain with 66 street hemi, TCI trans,3.23 SG, and disc brakes.

I had a '59 TriPower Catalina when I was in high school up here in Ontario. It was a very uncommon car, since our Canadian Pontiacs sat on a Chevvie chassis. I found that if you parked close enough to the speaker post at the drive in movie, the double fins would pick the speaker off the stand and cradle it between them. It would drop the speaker off the rear fender as I drove away.

Hiding in plain site, only visible from an airplane. I met the nice gentleman who owns it, we made a deal but I can't have it till he finishes putting together another one he's restoring. It's a running 383 4-speed car so although it's a barn find it's not a cheap find!!
