There's other factors then just the exit hole ! Fuel comes in threw hole one then must travel threw , the inside might not be smooth or tighter in one area then another this would hold the fuel up a bit to make the end result different even though the hole is bigger take the garden hose and fire hose sure more water comes out of the bigger hose but drive over the hose with your car then what ?
