WOW, i will not buy from him at all. sounds like laysons.

I bought some steel patch panels from Jim's only because they were the only ones that had them at the time and no problems, but from the looks of this post I might have been an isolated incident. I got all of my other parts from Hoffman's Winner's Circle or one of his retail vendors listed here http://www.hoffmanswinnerscircle.com/hwc_vendors.htm

i cant remember the company name now but last summer i was at a car show swap meet and i came across a gasket only vendor they had my windshield gasket in stock with them for my 69 for 110 and it seems to fit great sorry i dont remember the companys name though

I tried to contact Layson's a year or so ago, I called for two weeks, they don't answer phones to well.I gave up on them.

Sometimes in the spring and summers we have people at car shows and the office staff is kinda thin. And the phone lines can be 5 or 6 deep while you're on the phone with another customer, hence the occasional wait times, especially during those busy times.

A voicemail can always be left, and I'm pretty good at returning calls. I also have an email address, [email protected].

And if you'd like to know if we have a part in stock, I'll actually get off my *** and go to the warehouse and look, because I don't always believe what my computer tells me should be there and what shouldn't.........

rick, i talked to your boss about a month ago and he seemed really sincere about getting your company up and running again. i was at carlisle when he got arrested and hauled off. did not know what went on but he filled me in. i really had a problem with your customer service dept. i will personally ask for you when i need something. i really need now quarter panel patch panels for my 65 barracuda. so expect a call from me. jeff
