Well that didn't go well. Transaction has been cancelled. Spoke to him last night and he can't get her runnin anyway so local buyers are walkin away too. Found two cars on Craigs today, both sold...Search goes on.

That sucks, I know how you feel, nothing is as nice as they describe, One of the first cars i looked at was listed on craigslist as just been restored and paint was 3 months old. Got there you could see all the rust from the next block, His idea of restored was spending 5k painting over rust... Keep us posted!

Back on again. Couple paperwork issues aside and it ships Thursday, arrives Friday.

Arrives on Friday. A 383 w/4spd (not original), looks good at 20 feet or 55mph. Got a local lead on a front bumper too. Will need body and interior work but it's a good start for a new/old amateur.

Looks beautiful! I used to not like that body style but ever since i got my 69' I've been wanting one. Go figure. Anyways looks like a fun project! Best of luck hope all goes well with the arrival.
