I have a 66 coronet, soon to have a 440/ 727 combo I'm in the market for pistons right now,I was thinking of using TRW's L2235F's but I'm on a tight budget and theyre a bit pricey, my planned set up so far is a 30 over 77' block E-brock performer RPM intake,906 heads 2.14 1.81 valves, comp XE274H cam,Summit 750 cfm vac sec carb, stock bottom end with windage tray and a 2500 stall and 3.23 gears. This engine will be N/A with no bottle and wont see the track at all I'm just looking for a stout street engine that I can drive all weekend, smoke some ricers and firechickens and not worry about breaking parts, thanks.

I'm building almost the identical engine. 77 block, KB237, 2.14/1.81 915's pocket ported, MoPar .455" cam, steel crank and LY rods all balanced, will try nearly every intake carb combo under the sun including a six pack.

One thing that is said about the 237 pistons is they are ideally suited for closed chamber heads probably because of the quench. My thoughts are you should run the KB184's with the 906 head, but be sure to check for interference. You want to preserve the quench, which will reduce the chance of detonation.
