Keith Black aluminum block / B1 original heads

Hey can some one tell me what a used Keith Black 440 Aluminum block is worth and a set of original B1 heads with all the hardware included...I have found both an think its a good deal just want to get some info before I make a decision on what to do

They made a few different blocks. From streetable water blocks to dry race blocks. Whatever it is make sure the sleeves are good. Sleeves for older,less popular blocks can be almost impossible to find is what I've heard.
