la or poly 318?

i have a 67 318 block, could it be a poly? if so how do i tell as the motor has no heads?

If it's a 1967 318 and not built in Canada it's a LA318

no im not running a 318 im gonna run a 360, but i have this locked up block i pulled out of my parts car cause i needed the trans, and when i said its a 67 318 the guys on abodies were asking if it was a poly

easiest way to tell just by looking at it is the spread the poly is so much wider (nick named wide block) than the la motors obvious even with out the heads it looks like a big block till ya notice the distrib in the back
