I just got my 440 started and there is water leaking out from the header bolts. What to do about this?

Most of the people including myself install studs coated with sealant which stops the leaking. Coating your bolts may also work, just not sure.

Yea I have some studs in there room permitting. So use like silicon or teflon tape?

Neither, I think its teflon thread sealant but its a white paste.

Plumbers Pipe Dope?

A silicone based high temp sealant will work as well....Not uncommon for header bolts needing to be re-torqued after a short time to few hundred miles of install. Headers typically require bolts vs. studs for installation clearance issues. Either way...studs/bolts PIA because they're running into the water jackets.
