I just looked into the same question and YES it is happening.
The track manager said it is on their schedule and it's going to be a very nice race.
So be there if you got a fast small tire Mopar.

So Saturday I was at Lebanon Valley watching NENDRA and hanging out and YES October 25th is happening.
I saw the track manager and it is confirmed.
So who's going to be there to support the race?
I'll be there
