I did post this in Electrical, no good leads to get this fixed., wondering if anybody has ever had this problem or might have any answers.

1970 Roadrunner just put in a new Dash Harness., now left FRONT turn signal won't light?(BACK left signal does light without the front working). All four corners light when you put on the hazards. The turn signal dash indicator lights work when hazards are on but not when left signal is switched on. I have replaced bulbs checked grounds.

RECAP:
-everything works normally except left front turn signal and left dash indicator light when switched on.
-all 4 lights do blink when hazards are on
-left rear does blink even though the front and dash don't
-Can hear the turning signal relay working

Any help appreciated.,

just a shot - have you tried replacing the flasher?i chased funny stuff like this on my bee and it turned out the orig flasher was still on and bad.

almost sounds like a contact problem in the turn signal switch.cant remember if the hazards go through the turn sig switch on that year.where is your hazard switch at?

Do you mean the relay? Yes on new relays., did not put a new switch in the column yet.

My hazard switch is in the column right side.

thanks

Turn signals and hazard lights use a flasher and not a relay....they don't draw enough amps to be controlled by a relay like the headlights are. The flashers are under the dash. Some are held by a clip that's on the ash tray frame....

So it turns out to be the Turning Signal Switch., There are two different circuits for the Left Turn Signal going from the column one is Dark Green going to the rear left light and one is Light Green going to the Front Left. Guessing its the same on the right side. The Light Green was not working at the switch.

as soon as you said your haz switch was built in it had to be the switch.
