Never seen one with a machine tooled finished top either!Dig the crossram!!
YY1, you are correct, it is a 500 center. It is a WS23L vin, matching fender tag, and title. First thing I checked. Also the center is the first thing I bought. I just haven't put it on yet as I am looking for a better grill. I have only had it for a few weeks. The pic I uploaded is from the day I bought it. It does not have the original engine. It has a strong 66 383. The original owner used to drag race and pulled the 440 to race with and put the 383 in. Go figure. I will be looking for a date code 440 at some point. Has some minor mechanical issues that I am fixing and a few trim pieces that are pitted and will be replacing, and the usual grill surround and rear deck lid trim that will need to be replaced. Super solid underneath and practically no rust anywhere. It is a one time paint car, about 15 years ago, but has original trunk and engine compartment paint. It is not perfect, but overall it is in really good shape and I feel like I got it at a great price. I am only 35, so I have time to work on it with my dad and enjoy it. Looking forward to it. Here are some more pics from before I picked it up.Not to rain on your parade, but the hood louvers are on backwards and the grille center is wrong on that "R/T". Does it have an R/T VIN?
Looks like a straight body, though.

Just picked up this '67 Satellite yesterday. Mid 60's B bodies have always been the quintessential Mopar to me. The aggressive styling and lines just feel right. She's gonna be a car show/cruise night special for the first year as I take care of the few small things that need attention. In the corner of the garage my Dad and I will begin building a 470 stroker with a trans/rear end up to the task.
Someone here posted a picture of your car wanting to know if it was anyones here on the site a week ago or so... Beautiful car plumah!I was fortunate to get my 67 in Mopar Muscle after being seen on F.B., sat outside in the dark until midnight as the photographer worked his magic, it has never looked so good, and i credit his work as much as the car. The article will be in Feb edition
