Let's see your CockPits

Mike, you were very fortunate to be in the right place,in the right era to do what you have done.I really dig that AWB car and that you raced the **** out of it.I was never able to support the racing addiction and be able to go every week to race.
But I finally have the car I always wanted, performing the way I always wanted. It has double duty as street bruiser and lay down some respectable ETs.This coming season will be mid 9's at over 140,change a pulley,,,add some octane and go mid 8s!

Exactly Hemi-Itis. If only a guy could have experienced those days or a way we could bring them back. And seeing the pictures of Mike's cars back in the day is like a kid looking in the candy shop window for me! Another member here who lived the dream is Sir Budnicks; another successful racer. He shared with me that back in the 60's - 70's there was 25-30 tracks in those parts, he got to them all and the times were magic.

Malex, those sure are some bitchin seats.

Thanks HT. they are narrow. Those seats came from ProCar. During the build I couldn't come up with any A100 buckets so it was these or the original split bench. I ordered extra vinyl with the buckets for the rear seat to get the match.
