Liquid Wrench for the win!

WD 40 is a great product, i would never argue that. I buy it by the gallon and use it in a sprayer bottle.....As far as loosing frozen stuff its marginal at best and could'nt come close to Blaster or Kroil
 
I have used most of what was mentioned. One of the best I found was a product called
"Tri-flow", it has Teflon in it and actually smells something like banana. Also, another product called "Knock-er Loose" by CRC.
For actually breaking something free using a torch was mentioned but not around flammable areas. However, when able, using a torch to get something really hot and then dousing it with cold water works very well. A welder-fitter I know told me he has done that for 30 years and has never had it fail to break something loose!
 
My tire shop uses wd-40 to mount tires.
Anything that needs to slide gets hosed down with it. I go through at least a can per week.
