The guy who did my '70 Charger body & paint last winter is working on a 1973 (I believe) Charger SE and asked me to check if anyone on here has a spare "SE" sail panel emblem...like the pic. Only need one. Thanks.

Sounds good, thank you, I'm sure my body man's customer will appreciate it. Those 'SE' emblems are probably not easy to find. Once you have a total cost, I'll send my body man an update.

P.S. Clear out your message box, I tried to PM you but your box is full. :)
Cleared out. Checked on shipping from the U.S. It's worse than Canada with Fedex and UPS. Didn't bother with USPS because it would go to Canada Post once it crossed the border.

I have the emblem. Trying to find a shipping company for less than $25 is the problem.
Use USPS First Class. On the Customs declaration form, make sure to indicate "Vintage Car Parts for 1973 Charger Exempt Per Tariff Code 9966.00.00" as car parts for vehicles more than 25 years old are exempt from all fees and duties, except GST. Most people don't know that, I even had to argue with a CBSA border official about this when I went to Sweetgrass, Montana to pick up some Charger parts. I only had to pay GST. The border official sure didn't like finding out he was wrong, he tried telling me "EVERYTHING that comes across the border is subject to Customs fees". Wrong.

Problem with that is, once it crosses the border, Canada Post handles it.

I've always used USPS to ship items, especially small items, from US to Canada. It's the only shipper that doesn't tack on their own arbitrary handling fees, like UPS or FedEx. If you mark the items "tax exempt" as I mentioned above, even if there's a dispute, you'll get most of your money back...ask me how I know. :)

Can you not ship the part from US directly to my address? I just need you to provide a shipping cost so I can relay that to my body man's customer. That emblem should ship safely in a very small box sandwiched between an inch of foam on either side.
