Looking for idea's on 65 Belvedere Tachometer Mounting

Put a Dakota Digital instrument cluster in it. Tach will be in-dash, visible and won’t obstruct anything.
I just checked the Dakota's out, those are nice. Unfortunately they don't list a dash for a 65 Plymouth Belvedere/Satellite. Wish they did, those would be ideal for my car.

They will make a custom set-up but it is expensive.

I forgot the Plymouth instrument cluster is different from the Dodge, more square with separate instruments. Sorry about that - wasn’t trying to be snarky.

Paul, in post #9 65Hemi's photo of the gauge cluster, the far right pod that is blank (clock option) is where Redline Gauge Works installed a tach for me. I'll get you a photo today. Just another idea. I'm sure you have done something by now as this thread is a few months old but we all like pictures anyway.

Here ya go, not the best photographer but you'll get the idea.Got the bit of the shakes lately.

I finally gave up and mounted it under the dash. It's O.K. in that position, gets the job done, but it would have been better to have a dash option like the 64 Belvedere II.

Why do you need a tach? I never have time to look at one during a run.
