Looking for Info from 1983 LaCrosse, WI 1969 red Charger Lic 440 8PK

Anyone know anything about this car from 1983 in LaCrosse WI. There were a few events one at the beginning of summer was a cruise night at the Midtown Coney Island. At the end of summer was a multi-location cruise sponsored by Z93 Radio and the Midwest Street Machine Association. 1969 Charger with a tunnel ram intake and two velocity stacks sticking out the hood.

I am sure it is probably restored to another boring ole stock restoration by now.

That was fast! Got a text about the car. The guy who had it is still in the LaCrosse area. Someone pulled out in front of it and the front clip was toast. Then it went to Green Bay WI to become an ice racer and after that ended up in a junkyard.
