I’m running the TRW forged L2355F pistons that have the 4 valve reliefs in them with 906 heads and the compression ratio comes in at 9:7-1 normally. But with the block and heads resurfaced it’s actual CR is more like 10 or 10:1-1 using the stock Fel Pro steel head gasket.so, why a factory 10.5:1 piston? is this a 100% restoration only? does it make any difference about what kind of gasoline will be used?
The pistons are level with the deck. The weight is close to the factory cast pistons.
