Loose Fuel Cam

Hey guys, last winter my '69 Satellite died on me in traffic. I diagnosed the fuel pump and replaced it, but the new pump wouldn't pump fuel. I threw an electric pump on for the spring, but started diving deeper into the problem today so I can put a mechanical pump back on. I took a video of the cam and it seems loose. How could that happen, and what do I need to fix this. Stock 318, nothing fancy.

pull the timing cover and fix it before the cam gear come off and you really have a problem

And don't forget to use red loctite on the screw threads..... and make sure the threads are clean before applying the loctite and you only need a dab
