I thought it was fuse, old one was not blown but replaced, no fix. removed and brush the fuse area and replaced, still no fix. What else comes to mind where both would go at same time?

Voltage regulator behind the dash.

Sheet metal nuts on the back of the cluster have backed off.

Replace the stamped nuts on the back of the dash with standard style nuts. They make a better connection.

Does oil pressure gauge still work?

my dash does not have that, I added it later in a drop down under the dash, thanks

the regulator is located on the back of the instrument panel on the circuit board. Its a rectangular cube that just plugs in the circuit board. if you do a google search for mopar voltage regulator you can see pics of it. the soild state one that real time engineering (RTE) makes is the one to get.
