Is there an eccentric camber adjustable bolt for a 73’ b body? I’ve only seen advertisement for upper arm bolt kit. Lower arm has a perch that seems to accept an adjustable set up.

You move that shock mount either way it won't change any of the alignment settings.

So your telling me there’s a specific shock that allows an adjustable eccentric bolt?

No there is not an available eccentric bushing for the lower control arm (LCA). The only place for adjustment are the ends of the LCA. The inner end is the lower control arm bushing. No adjustment there. It’s a relatively thin bushing.

On the outer end of the lower control arm is the lower ball joint. The LBJ is connected to the spindle by the bolts in the steering arm. www.drdiff.com sells spacers to effectively lengthen the LCA. That will give you more negative camber (tire top IN, bottom OUT)

If you need positive camber (tire top OUT, bottom IN) there isn’t an easy fix.

What is your alignment goal and where are you at now?

Did offset upper bushing not give you what you need?

I'm telling you you can move that shock anywhere you want and the alignment won't change.

It won't move the ball joints, they will be in the same place. Zero alignment change.
