I think that was what the Car Craft Magnum build was called also, but this is not that one. Supposedly a limited edition Magnum from back in the day. It looks to be a '78. Anybody ever hear of this before? Possibly a limited edition a dealership did?

News to me. I don't know anything about them.

This XE Magnum Force with a 400-4V was advertised for $5,500 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. I don't know when it was advertised for sale.

Very nice! I'd like to find that rear spoiler for my magnum or the shorter version that's on the carcraft magnum force car.

Those are definitely the same decals. And the bumpers are blacked out too. So based on that, I’d say there are at least two Magnum Force Magnums still in existence.
I’m not sure on the whole story on the spoilers. I’ve heard they were factory, or maybe they were a Direct Connection bolt on accessory? I don’t recall seeing them listed in the brochures or salesman guide.
Magnum Bill here was looking to have repros made but I don’t think anything ever came from that quest. A friend of mine found one to install on his Magnum last year but I don’t know where he got it.

Direct Connection

FWIW, there is a Direct Connection decal on the rear window of the car in the video you posted.

It has been decades since I last saw the wheel well flares on a Magnum GT. The ones I see in the video look different than what I recall.

@Pete Kaczmarski has a Magnum GT. Maybe he has heard about the Magnum Force car(s)?

The flares on that red Magnum Force are black instead of red like the rest of the car. I have a GT myself, but can’t tell if those flares are the factory flares or different.
Another thing on those cars is that there’s no emblems on the trunk or front fenders.
Maybe @Mr. Magnum is familiar with the Magnum force.

Can't see the OP facebook.

Copy and paste pic?

The car in the video snippet is parked in a garage, and Ryan just squeezed around it taking a video of it little bits at a time, so it'd be hard to take a still from it that shows much.
It's the same color as my car, but bumpers and fender flares blacked out, with the rear spoiler and Magnum force decals like that black one DeltaV posted pics of.
Supposedly they are going to get it fired up and out of the garage in the near future and there will be better pictures taken of it then I'm sure. I'd seen something he'd posted around a year ago, I'll see if I can find that picture.

I was able to dig out the post Ryan did last year of this car. Looks like the bumpers got blacked out between when this post was made and the recent video of it. Also the Direct Connection sticker wasn't on the back window then.
Also a picture of the Car Craft cover of their Magnum Force build. It's the October '78 edition. I question how there could be a factory '78 Magnum Magnum Force special edition inspired by the Car Craft build, if the Car Craft article about the car wasn't out until fall when the '79 Magnums would have been rolling off the line for several months already after '78 production wrapped up.
I've seen some references that state that Mancini built the Car Craft Magnum Force custom back in '78.
