Geneva is straight west of me about 15 miles down Roosevelt Rd (IL 38)

I got the hardware today and the damn star washers are too small!! all they do is ruin the threads. there goes that plan.

soooo what im going to do is keep the split washer and nylon lock nuts on to hold the bolt in place and hog out the spacer so the nut goes inside the spacer. that way, the seat nut will have the clamping force it needs from the bottom and the spacer spreads out the force on the top.

should work I reckon lol

hogged out the center of the pucks and sorta "chamfered" it from one side so the nut will wedge into it.
