Mancini Racing?

My latest purchase from Mancini was a "7 qt oil pan package" recommended from phone order. I was set on Milodon, but went with the "Mancini" unit after a good sales promo.
During the install, pickup broke off at the threads, they sent one overnight. Even after I explained that I didn't need it that quick.
I am completely satisfied with their service when I call, but email is slow.
Their website could use some work, maybe more descriptive? You pretty much have to know what you want to use the site.

Is shipping cost still a mystery until the order is complete? It seems high sometimes, but it is everywhere.

The only possible complaint I have for them is they have been missing from Carlisle show, maybe they will return?

Overall, one of the premiere Mopar parts suppliers.

Thanks for the updates, good to hear you're getting some good service.

Update due from me too. I didn't get a reply to the emails I sent at the start of December but I needed to order the parts so I placed the order anyway a couple of days ago and left a comment in the space provided, mentioning that I hadn't had a reply to my emails and facebook messages. Rob Cunningham responded the next day by email (another name I recognise from the last time I ordered from Mancini a few years ago), apologies for not replying earlier and answered my original query re the spec of their positive battery cables.
I should have the parts in 7-10 days.

Just a shame they don't keep an eye on their emails for people like me who prefer to communicate that way due to location - ie being overseas.
