Just want to share my experience with Mancini Racing, who I've bought a lot of parts from. I ordered a custom built aluminum radiator using their form on their site. Less than 2 weeks later it arrived at my door on the West coast. I installed it and noticed that it had cooler fittings in the bottom tank, which I specified I didn't need on the order sheet. I went ahead and plugged them since they're not visible anyway. I then polished the upper tank and when I went to install the upper hose it was quite apparent that the hose fitting was installed 1" further to the passenger side than I specified. Again, no big deal. I took the old hose to the local O'Reilly's and went through their stock (over 200 hoses). Found one that could be modified to almost fit correctly. Bought it, modified it, and then I knew that I wasn't going to be happy with the look. I called Mancinis and told Wes what the problem was. He checked the original spec sheet and agreed that their vendor had made errors. He gave me a couple of options. I elected to have him send me a UPS call tag and send it back at their expense. A week and a half later I received a new radiator built correctly as well as a phone call from the vendor apologizing for their mistake. The new radiator fits and works perfectly. Thank you to Mancinis for taking care of this customer.

Not surprised. I've done business wih Mancini for many moons, always been top notch. Glad to hear it worked out for ya.

That is the sort of story everyone needs to hear about. Well done Mancini. :headbang:

One of the few vendors left that treat their customers with the respect they deserve - Thanks for sharing.

Used Mancini Racing for many years, always willing to work with customers, I'm loyal to them, for specifically that reason...

Have used Mancini Racing many times and have never disappointed with the product or service. Top notch in my book.

:thinker:hopefully they have had a couple of wake up calls here......
and had their morning coffee.
....and are not crabby or short when trying to explain things over the phone.

I'd like to think that maybe there's a couple of vendors out there that would take notice of this...Yes, your customers DO notice good service and they sure as Hell notice BAD service.....and they talk about it amongst themselves.

Mancini is #1 in my book, said it many times. I have been going there since the late 70's, I'm lucky they are only about 15-20 minute ride from my house.
Today it's easy to get help ( google, this forum ), back then they where my and most everyone's go to people.
I remember meeting Lou Mancini a few times when I was a kid and checking out his 68 hemi dart that he was so proud of, great guy!
