hey :)

I'm looking for a manual Rack and pinion to fit with my 69RR. I'd like to increase my front suspension system and I'll start to replace the stock K-member with a QA1 K-member.
But I made a lot of research and i never found a manual rack and pinion for b bodies. All I can find is always power steering!!!!
The only manual that i found is for pony cars or chevy chevelle etc.

So is there anywhere i can find a manual r&p to fit with a QA1 K-member for B-body please?

there is no mopar rack and pinion to fit, thats why all these aftermarket suspension companies use the mustang II rack and pinion, which i have in my 68 charger, but i have a magnumforce k member not QA1

Ok thanks guys! so that's why ^^
So with that magnum force k member you can use the mustang II rack and pinion. I'm gonna check for magnum force though. :)

i believe all the mopar custom k members use the mustang II rack, a couple of companies use there own brand but it is just a modified mustang II.

Mustang II = Pinto rack. Who knew back in the 70s how popular that part of the car would be in the hot rod world?

You like that magnum force k member?

good unit also, i like the magnumforce one because it is a chromoly tube not crushable box section liek the RMS, even though there has never been any recorded failures with each unit. each to there own.
the XV one is good as it uses the well made corvette gear i.e spindles control arms etc.
