manual steering box question

i have a 1966 coronet 383 commando. i need a new manual steering box and i found one in a 1980 dodge truck with a slant six. will that work in my coronet? if someone can help me with this id really appreciate it. thank you.

Pretty much. Years ago the manual box in my T5 car went bad. So I went to a yard, pulled one from (I think it was) a 64 Dart, and it's still in the car. That's been 30 years +/-
