Max Wedge hood scoop

NEVER SEND MONEY IN ADVANCE!!!!!! If a deposit is required I use Paypal or no deal. It will give you at least some recourse if people try to scam you.

find a nice local lawyer close to him. if you don't go after him,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
there are enough departments around to rattle his chain. put the bite on, instead of being bitten.

You need the mindset of "no borders"

Joey Cole Hood Max Wedge Hood Scoops

GEEEEEEEEEEEEeeech...........Glad I read that thread about Joey Cole. I need a custom Max Wedge style scoop that is slightly taller (2" taller than the original) but I don't want one that is 5" tall either. (too tall-IMO to look authentic); Has ANYONE out there had a favorable experience with Joey Cole Aluminum Hoods in the last year........2011? Thanks. :walk:

I'd make a visit..........don't care how far away he is!
and take a couple of buddies with me.(for moral support)

Max Wedge hood scoop

The "Tynman" is Joey's trade name. I'm doing a 63 Polara "Max Wedge" and I looked at all the fiberglass scoops. I went with Joey's scoop. It's incredible. Hand made and rolled on a "English Wheel". Made as the original scoops. You wont be disappointed BUT: it is costly. He made mine in 2008 and I did not pay what he is asking now, the price has gone up. Everyone who sees the car all comment on the aluminum hood scoop. Bob Mazzolini (Bob Mazzolini Racing) has the fiberglass on his "white car", original 66 Hemi car and it looks great. If I were to do it all over, I'd go the cheaper fiberglass one.
Bottom line is: $1,000 for a hand made hood scoop is a lot of money.
Good luck!

Hello, I am "legalizing" a 64 Savoy Business coupe for NHRA superstock GT class racing.
We are attempting to build a steel Hemi scoop. Have a fiberglass version as pattern (apparently too large), but need the all the dimensions and more pics of an original to be as accurate as possible.
Any help out there would be much appreciated!
Thanks, Mark
