Rebuilt my Max Wedge as a stroker. I am posting this for reference.

1963 426 MW Block .060 overbore
1962 286 MW Heads
1963 Crossram
3447 Carter AFBs
10.7-1 CR
4.150 stroke
6.76 rods
544/549...242/248 Hyd Roller
550 TQ @ 3900, 555 HP @ 5600
Average 4000 to 5900 530 TQ 498 HP

I'm impressed you have the original "Cross Ram" from 1963.
That is woth BIG $$
It seems the Torque "pops in" around the 3700 RPM range.
Sweet.

Pics are posted in my photo album, still looks no different than when the pics were posted.

The crossram is designed to work in the 5600 to 5800 rpm range, the engine would most likely make more power with a Nascar single 4 intake or the Mopar Max Wedge single plane 4 barrel intake that is available new.

The engine was built to run with 93 octane on the street, I doubt i will run it at the track for a couple of reasons.
