HiYa everyone, I am looking to put a maxie style crossram on a stock 440 with stock heads. Didn't Direct Connection offer this setup? Does anyone have the part number or is it discontinued? I googled around and found nothing! Is there any other company offering this setup? :upside down:

Thanks!

The A&A transmissions one is the best looking X-ram as far as trying to emulate a Max Wedge X-ram. I believe Mancini sells the same one from A&A. Be prepared to spend about 5K by the time the dust settles.

Neither of these guys are cheap. I have bought my crossram air cleaner assy from A&A worked with Robert. Drove down to their shop to pick it up. was as "advertised" great quality, they don't deal in junk. Basic trans shop; several bays, tons of parts, they know their mopars as well as the next guy. my $.02...

This is the A&A cast aluminum cross ram for the 440 RB--it's identical to the factory original right down to the part # cast into the manifold--I got the entire set up from Rick at A&A (except the two 600 cfm Edelbrocks)--manifold, plugs, air cleaners and filters, linkage, kick-down linkage, gaskets, etc. Everything fits perfectly and it runs GREAT! At the time I bought mine, the Mancini offering was, in fact, the A&A Transmission piece. With the Edelbrocks, I've got a little over 2K in it. I love the "WOW" factor whenever I open the hood. By the way 62maxx, A&A Transmission is located in Indiana; good luck!

I bought the whole setup from A&A. K&N filters,cleaners,manifold,carbs,lines,bolts,ect... it ran me around $3500 to my door. The intake that Rick makes are exact replicas of the originals

i have dealt with mancini many times. good to deal with
I've bought from mancini many times with great results, been several years but always got a good deal and would hold parts so i didn't have to pay for multiple shipments of a large order.
