Mecum transport wanted

That is so, so nice. Will you be bringing it to Carlisle in July this year?

Yes! I think I’d like to drive it there. We’re only about 3ish hours away. I have to start looking into it.
Don't forget to register under FBBO, I think the discount is still going on for registration at Carlisle.

Drive it to Carlisle, you have time to debug anything; Drove my car from CT. to Niagara Falls and back to Rochester NY in one day. Went to a NeHOA meet. Just stayed on rear carb, 68mph 14 mpg 3.54 gears. Always kept tools, alt, volt reg, starter and water pump. Never used them.

I didn’t know about NeHOA meet until @gtx6970 told me about it. That could be a great adventure ride! I definitely want to experience her for some of those events.

Not sure about NeHoa events.

But there is going to be an NHOA event this fall in conjunction with the Holley Moparty show. In Bowling Green Ky Sept

I have picture of the tag, SBD is Dec 17, 1966

Neat to see another of approximately 50 HP2 cars pop up! Welcome to the club...
I was going to try and look (if it exists) if a breakdown of HP2s red/red 4 spds. Do you know if there’s a source?

Hard to find anything on them, most don't even believe they existed or had ever heard of one! HP2 = HP squared = Hemi Powered Plymouth. Why the 2 is smaller than the HP. Probably changed to just Hemi on the lower fender as what was thought to be a great marketing scheme got tired of being explained!

Afraid no such data exists

Closest you can get is percentages of known built cars
But that will not break it down as far as color combos and options

As far as 1966 Hemi Satellites , I think the generally accepted total is 817 total cars
With 503 of them being 4spd cars

As example, Mine is one of the 314 automatic cars built.
One of 3 KNOWN Black, red interior, hemi , Auto ( meaningless info btw )

Red with red interior is a little more common ( I know of a few others )

Dan Pausch keeps a running data file on known cars , ( He is not a member here that Im aware of) At last count I think he has info on approx 200 or so of the 817 total 1966 hemi Satellites built

As far as HP2 marked cars , thats a pre Jan 1st thing

Later cars had the emblem on lower front fender dogleg area
