Thanks Migs,
I got the new radiator in my '70 and the car running again. I appreciate the trouble you took to mail a large difficult to ship item. You are good for the hobby. My best to you and your family.

and after, not orig, but a decent replacement that will keep me on the road until I have the orig re-cored at some point

Migs the man! A great guy with a whole lot of knowledge, a heart of pure gold and a true Mopar guy to boot!

The guy has a voice for radio work. Booming, lots of baritone to it.
I wish that I sounded like that. I wanted to be an announcer or some type of radio guy.
Instead, I grew up to build houses and schools.

Dang you guys. I haven't blushed this much since puberty!

I see Migs finally found this post. The old radiator was worse than the pic showed. The new one let me run it a little more so I could find the timing gear issue. Now all dressed up, but no where to go. Like a lot of others, not quite like I planned my retirement, but such is life.

Since then I've been trying to move some of my excess parts, I put some blocks up on the site this week, I was kind of hoping that the one from the '71 GTX still had a car to match. That car was cherry and had a 6 pack on it when I went to look at it. The owner had just wrecked it, he took the 6 pack off and I bought the rest. I pulled the eng and trans, put an ad in the Seattle Times and sold the rest. Only had the car for a couple days, and I was just interested in for the 440, but I sometimes wonder about that one.

Anyway, thanks again Migs for keeping the one I still have going.

One year at the Spring Fling, he gave me several car parts that he had left over. I kept some and sold a few. What kind of guy does that sort of thing? Give away good, useable stuff?
