Mini Tub Install

Hey Guys...if anyone has done a USCartool mini tub install on a 65 BBody...what do you do with the Dutchman panel brace that is connected to wheel tub lip.... I know I have to replace trunk hinge brace with modified brace... but cant find any info on this other brace... appreciate the help!

Well I thought I had seen a thread earlier..but cant seem to find it now...do you happen to know where it can be found?

You can also look under 2qiuck in March of 2014 mini tubs. May help

Check the pivot areas on those trunk hinges. Chrysler didn't design them for the long haul. I added flanged bushings to mine.

Hey Bearman...Got one side done except for some seam sealing...went pretty well but its a pretty good project...it would have really been tough with quarter in place....I ended up notching the tub lip around the dutchman panel brace...with the quarter off I didnt want to cut that brace loose ..afraid it would cause me quarter alinment problems when I put quarter on...progress slow but sure!
