Monroe Load Levelers

I have a pair of rear Monroe Load Levelers:
Part# 54587 PD24NA1G; This is the number stamped on the shocks. Installed with the stem end down. Length from center of top eye to bottom of top bushing is 19", overall length is 22". I can't find the application on Monroe.com, I do know they are for a Mopar. Never installed.
