monster mopar 2011 in St.Louis Mo.

I recently read on The Monster Mopar site that the 2011 show is not Scheduled at this time. If you have already reserved your rooms in St Louis, Mo or Collinsville IL area, please check your reservations.
I found out today that our reservations at the Doubletree in Collinsville will not be refunded. I was told that because we booked early we received a better rate,I asked at time of booking if we could cancel. and they said as long as it was 2weeks in advance. bullshi......
Therefore it is non refundable because they are a franchise we can not exchange, refund or get a credit for the 295.00. It was already charged to my card.
I will have to dispute with my card carrier. Please verify this for yourself if you have already reserved your room. Hopefully this will be helpful advice

I wander how the HILTON witch owns the doubletree likes that kind of Publicity. keep the thread going and send to everyone that of might of reserved there. thanks:eusa_boohoo:

sms promotions emailed us and said at this time they dont have anything. there is a carshow (small ones ) in kansas city and springfield, cloumbia mo. but not with a race track. Hope fully we can get one down here in Branson Mo. in the near furture. they are going to build a Nascar track in the near furture. starting ground breaking now. as for a drag strip we need one BAD. we have a 1/8 mile track in springfield area but i dont know if it can handle a show and strip event. might be worth checking into. Topeka Has a nice track but the have the chevy people stuck up there asssssss and dont really care th have real cars that are worth value at there track. only my openion so everyone dont get excited. iam just a mopar diehard fan. 70 6pk cuda, 70 Roadrunner, 72 challenger, 08 nitro, 04 hemi quad cab. life sucks dont it.LOL

How bout Tulsa Ok. for monster mopar? Tulsa hosted the spring nationals for years and years and could probably accomodate the area required, plus its centrally located-just a thought!

2011 Monster Mopar is at Indy this year.

The site is not totally updated yet though, but the dates are correct.

The Monster is in Indy this year. Sept 23,24,25. Check the Monster home page,the info is on it now.

Indy is hardly the East but I get what you are saying. Your right; There doesn't seem to be any BIG Mopar events out your way. I got lucky St. Louis is about 4 hrs and Indy isn't much further.
